Clarivo Privacy Notice

Effective date: November 2, 2026

In brief: Clarivo is an early, free preview. You can explore synthetic demo data without uploading anything. Spreadsheet files are processed in your browser. Clarivo does not provide customer accounts or save spreadsheet analyses to a Clarivo cloud database. The optional launch-interest list is stored server-side as described below. Browser saving is off until you choose it. AI is optional and requires a separate affirmative choice before each request.

Who operates this preview

Clarivo is an early-stage business analytics project operated by its site owner. This preview is hosted on the ChatGPT Sites platform. It is not a registered customer-account service. The site owner does not receive or retain the spreadsheet file or locally saved analyses through the app itself. The hosting and AI providers may separately process information as described below and in their own privacy notices.

Information and purposes

Browser storage and cookies

Clarivo’s app does not use advertising or analytics trackers. App persistence uses browser local storage only after you turn on the relevant, optional save setting. You can analyze without enabling it. Your choice is not stored as a tracking profile. The hosting platform may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site delivery, security or bot protection; those platform technologies are governed by the provider’s own notices. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Some jurisdictions require consent before non-essential cookies or similar device storage is used. Clarivo currently has no analytics or advertising storage. If Clarivo adds non-essential tracking or marketing technologies, they must remain disabled until valid consent is obtained.

AI provider and disclosure choices

AI responses are generated by Cloudflare Workers AI, not by a Clarivo-owned model. The AI request is optional; declining does not prevent spreadsheet calculations. Do not include names, account numbers, employee-level records, patient details, protected health information, or other sensitive personal information in a question. Cloudflare states that for standard, non-stateful Workers AI inference it processes inputs and outputs only as long as needed to provide the response and does not use that content to train models, subject to stated exceptions. Cloudflare may retain operational metadata such as request source, timestamps, model identifiers, sizes, usage and error information. Review Cloudflare Workers AI data usage and its privacy policy for current terms. Clarivo does not store the question or AI answer in a Clarivo server account. The endpoint blocks common email, phone, SSN and patient-related patterns, but it cannot reliably detect names or all sensitive information. Never enter sensitive data.

Retention and deletion

Session-only calculations and progress disappear when you leave or refresh the page. If you opted into browser saving, data remains in that browser until you use “Clear all locally saved Clarivo data” in the workspace or clear this site’s storage in your browser. Clearing browser data may also remove other site preferences. Clarivo does not keep spreadsheet analyses in an app-side cloud account. The optional launch-interest email is stored in Cloudflare D1 and is automatically removed by a daily cleanup after 365 days; use the launch-list removal control to delete it sooner. Hosting-provider request records and AI service metadata are controlled by those providers under their own policies and retention rules.

Sale, sharing, advertising and browser signals

Clarivo does not sell personal information and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No advertising pixels or analytics integrations are configured in this preview. The only in-app email list is the optional launch-interest list described above, which is for a one-time launch notice after email delivery is configured. Clarivo has not configured third-party cross-site behavioral tracking. The hosting, security and AI providers may receive request data to provide their services and process it under their own policies; Clarivo does not control provider-wide practices. Review their policies for those details. Clarivo does not sell or share visitor data for targeted advertising. Because Clarivo app code does not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking, a browser Do Not Track signal does not change its app behavior.

Security and sensitive information

Use fictional or aggregated business figures. Do not upload patient information, protected health information, employee-level personal records, credentials, bank details, or other sensitive or regulated data. Clarivo does not claim HIPAA compliance or any independent security certification. Browser storage is controlled by your device and browser and is not a secure customer account. Do not use a shared or public device for confidential business information.

Your controls and privacy requests

This preview has no separate Clarivo support inbox or server-based customer accounts. The only server-side Clarivo personal information currently collected by the app is the optional launch-interest email list described above. This page is not a claim that Clarivo meets every state or federal privacy-law requirement. Review whether your business is subject to California Consumer Privacy Act duties and establish a monitored privacy contact before collecting customer-account or spreadsheet data.

Launch-interest list

If you submit your email through the launch-interest form, Clarivo stores the normalized email address, signup timestamp, and consent-notice version in a Cloudflare D1 database. The purpose is to measure demand and, once a sending service is configured, send one announcement when the full Clarivo platform launches. No unrelated marketing or advertising is intended. Email delivery is not configured today, so a signup does not guarantee that a launch message can be sent. Cloudflare processes the data as the hosting and database provider; see its privacy notice. Unneeded entries will be deleted within 12 months, and the list will be cleared after the launch announcement. Use the form’s “Remove your email” control to remove an entry at any time. The removal response is the same whether or not the address was on the list. We do not store an IP address with a signup; the Worker uses it transiently for rate limiting and Cloudflare may process standard network telemetry.

This limited interest list is separate from customer accounts: it does not create an account, subscription, or secure workspace. The notice is provided at collection. Clarivo does not sell or use signup emails for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Changes and scope

This notice describes the current public preview and may change if the product or its providers change. Material changes will be posted at this same URL and the effective date above will be updated. The preview collects visitor emails only when a person actively submits the optional launch-interest form and checks its consent box. If Clarivo adds accounts, cloud storage, payments, analytics, advertising or new AI providers, this notice and the relevant privacy controls must be updated before those features are enabled. This notice is not a claim of legal compliance or a substitute for jurisdiction-specific advice.
